This primer course has been designed to give students a closer examination of the vocabulary and mechanics of the critical wine tasting process. Through the use of an important tool, the Wine Aroma Wheel created by A.C. Students will have the opportunity to taste and compare classic red and white grape varieties from a number of old and new world wine regions, focused closely on aromatic and taste components.
Classes are limited to 10; six wine glasses will be provided for use during each class.
